Nine thousand square feet under the original coffering. A hundred and forty machines, twelve tables, and a posted house edge on every single game.

History

The building's own records, open to guests: policies, claims and correspondence from 1921 onward, and an archivist on Thursdays.

The city

The river walk starts two blocks down, the museum is a ten-minute walk, and there are bicycles under the arch.

Spa

Six treatment rooms in the sub-basement, a marble steam room and a plunge pool where the bullion used to sit.
